It is on the first floor of the house and has a private landing / dining area from which the rooms are accessed.

The Annexe Family Room
The main bedroom has a large queen sized double bed and a single bed. There is a digital TV in the room. It has views of the woodland to the rear.
The Annexe Single Room
The single room is ideal for an adult or an older child. It has a digital TV.
The Annexe Bathroom The bathroom has a large shower cubical (1200mm x 900mm) and a 1800mm long bath. There is a wash basin, WC and bidet in the room. There is constant hot water at mains water pressure. Also a shaver socket.
